I´m Sofie. Yogateacher. I'm innately curious about myself and my surroundings, and I`m most alive when I'm learning and creating. I have many passions. Especially armbalances, hip openers, buddhism, Bruce Springsteen, Melody Gardot, chocolate and coffee.

I design silver jewelry with a touch of yogic philosophy. I teach Hatha- and Yin Yoga in Stockholm, Sweden, and I love using creativity in both my classes and design work. I get my inspiration from people and places I love, surfing, tattoos and life in general.

I believe yoga is applicable to everything in our lives. Just ad yoga!
